Return & Refund Policy

You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Due to health code regulations, Underwear, Hosiery, and Swimwear can not be returned unless you received damaged goods or items that you didn't order or due to any mistake on our or the manufacturers side.

We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days of receipt of the product and notify you once we have done so by email. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.

How to return your purchase:

Please send an email to: customerservices@intimi.co.uk

They will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization Number) along with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You must have an RA# in order to receive any credit that you deserve.

Return Fees:

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is an error on our part. Orders returned to us due to a wrong address are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the return is accepted and has the RA#.

Note that Intimi Men Store may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.
